Since we have been a little lax lately on the updates we thought we would do a little round-up today. So what has happened in the past two weeks?
For one, we have noticed that a number of people did not quite understand what shoutrDrive does, simply by its name. Therefore, we sat down and tried to come up with a name that describes more precisely what you can do with shoutrDrive. We decided on Wireless USB since shoutrDrive lets you use your mobile device like a wireless USB-stick. So from now on look for Wireless USB.
Last week we visited the Mobile Tech Conference 2013. The conference featured a lot of inspiring and useful talks. We were also able to make some connections to Microsoft to bring shoutr to Windows Phone. So we may soon start working on it.
Some really great news is that shoutr BETA has reached the 5,000 installations mark in Google play. Hurray! So we are now off to 10,000.
In Germany everybody is always lamenting the end of the summer although it’s still in full swing. But now summer is definitely drawing to a close. So in order to make use of the nice weather the guys from Achieved, here at Startupbootcamp, organized a barbecue in Berlin’s Mauerpark on Sunday. Thanks Jasper and Rob, it was really nice!
